Carpet Runner Installation Guide
Installation Steps
1. Remove plastic wrap, unroll carpet.
2. Slide carpet into desired position.
3. Stand on carpet, curl back one end approx. 24-36 inches to reveal bottom of carpet.
4. Tape recommended area (see diagram above) creating āUā shape around perimeter at ends.
5. Tape additional areas if desired or required based on expected foot traffic.
6. Peel off blue liner. May need razor blade or car key to help get liner separated from tape.
7. Apply carpet to ground once liner is removed from all sections of tape.
8. Stand/walk over taped end several times. Your body weight will help the tape bond to the ground.
9. Walk the length of the carpet, scuffing your feet, toward opposite untaped end to help stretch carpet.
10. Tape opposite end of carpet. Follow steps 3-8 again.
